Refund policy
WRAPKING - SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking information. Total delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing Time (1-2 Days): The time it takes to prepare, quality check, and pack your custom item(s) to ship from our facility.

Shipping Time (3-5 Days): The transit time for your item(s) to reach your destination.
Note: Transit times may vary depending on your location. Wrapking is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but our support team will assist you in tracking your package.
2. DEFECTIVE GOODS & REPLACEMENTS (SKINS & COVERS)
If you receive a defective skin (e.g., fitting issues, print errors, or transit damage), please email us images/videos of the product within 24 hours of delivery at wrapking.help@gmail.com.

Once our team examines the defect, we will ship a free replacement.

Important: The life and fitting of the skin largely depend on proper application. Please follow the instructions carefully. Actual products may differ slightly in color from the digital mockups shown on the website due to screen calibration.

Device Note: Certain tech devices (like Google Pixel 4a or phones with specific coatings) may lose color/finish if a skin/cover is applied. Wrapking does not take responsibility for such device-specific wear and tear.
3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted; however, adjustments to the order can be made within 24 hours of placement. Please note that refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS (CUSTOM PRODUCTS)
Because Wrapking products (Skins & Custom Covers) are made-to-order specifically for your device, we do not offer returns or refunds if you simply do not like the product or ordered the wrong model.

Refunds are only provided if Wrapking fails to ship the ordered product or if the delivery takes more than 30 days within India.

Minor color variations from the online mockup do not qualify for a return or refund.

Store Credits: In rare exceptional cases where a return is approved by our team, the refund will be issued only in the form of Store Credit / Gift Card, strictly after deducting a ₹200 return shipping and handling fee.
5. UNDELIVERED GOODS (RTO)
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, or after 3 failed delivery attempts, no direct refunds will be given.

The buyer will be liable to pay ₹120 as RTO/Reshipping charges to get the product delivered again to the correct address.

No design change requests will be entertained under such circumstances.
